We know nuance in leadership can make all the difference. That’s why we work with youth leaders, Christian college administrators, and church pastoral teams to help them navigate today’s changing cultural landscape, particularly with regard to LGBTQ issues.

Drawing on our team’s many years of experience, we’ve developed a practical training program to help leaders address issues as they arise and prepare for situations they may face in the future.

The customizable lesson plan includes units on the dos and don’ts of addressing sexual orientation and gender identity, handling theological disagreement, and de-escalating tension around these and other issues without compromising your values.
